Bill was a pleasure to work with. He helped both my husband and me obtain a Medicare gap and a prescription plan. My husband was a bit more difficult because he has an upcoming surgery and Bill was able to obtain the necessary insurance he will need. Initially, Bill explained the final decision I made was based on my own personal needs. Bill listened as I described what I needed, and then he explained several plans that he thought would be a good fit for my situation. We were then able to narrow down my final decision through a series of questions and answers. Bill began to explain what he needed from me and how the process would proceed. Bill made it sound very simple and was great at using terminology that I could understand!
